The Nominating Committee will be accepting statements of interest, from
members in good standing, for serving a four-year progressive term as Second
Vice-president, as well as three-year Executive Board terms, in the following
regions:

? North: members residing in Bergen and Hudson counties.
? West: members residing in Sussex and Passaic counties or residing out of
state.
? East: members residing in Essex, Union and Middlesex counties.
? At-large: open to all members regardless of residence.

Members seeking to serve as Second Vice-president, ultimately serving as
President, must have previously served as an Executive Board member or as a
committee chairperson. Statements of interest for all positions should include:
? Name
? Region of residence
? Biographical information, including:
o Number of years of membership
o Previous committee or executive board service
? A brief statement about your interest in serving the organization and what
you would like the membership to know about you, should an election be
required.

Finally, members seeking to serve as officers or executive board members must be
nominated (recommended) by at least two members in good standing.

Statements of interest and letters of nomination should be emailed to nominating

executive secretary Jim Conte at jimconte13@gmail.com no later than
_______10/9/24_______. Voting, should elections be required, will take place on
RefSec from _______10/11/24________ to _______10/18/24________, and the
final slate of officers and executive board members for 2025 will be presented at
the annual business meeting on October 22nd.
